Venus has entered Pisces (on April 5th) and Jupiter is approaching a conjunction with Neptune on April 12th.
Now that Venus has escaped the darkness of the underworld during her retrograde journey as well as the entrapment of Saturn and Mars, she is finally free to do what she does best, which is to connect, socialize, unite, and make life beautiful and pleasurable again.
Especially while being exalted in Pisces, she’s able to accomplish her divine tasks and more, including healing any relationships that were sick, mend with forgiveness any relationships that were broken, and compassionately make any lingering tenseness dissipate. Pisces is a sign that recognizes the inherent oneness of all things. Because of this, Pisces forgives, Pisces redeems, Pisces lets what IS flow, and Pisces softens, transforming rough edges into cuddly soft curves. Venus here will do Piscean things for Venusian themes- relationships (perhaps relationships with women in particular) will heal and soften, beauty is more easily seen and experienced, fun and pleasure are more accessible (especially if they involve water themes), and the house topics that Venus rules in your chart- those houses that have Libra and Taurus on the house cusp- are being let loose to be restored.
We’ll get the full on healing, redemptive experience once Mars moves out of Aquarius, where it’s been battling with Saturn (this co-presence since March 7th-although perhaps more intensely felt since April 1st- has meant conflict, dis-ease, clashes, and general frustrating and tough circumstances) and into Pisces on April 14th. Before clashing with Saturn, Mars was co-present with Venus and Pluto for some time in Capricorn, indicating war over peace (Mars was stronger than Venus) and power moves made or injustices revealed (Pluto).
Jupiter approaching Neptune will do similar Piscean things, but for Jupiter topics. Jupiter in Pisces will expand and grow whatever seed has been planted, if not in the material realm, then in your heart. We are more willing to have faith with Jupiter here and to be vulnerable and impressionable. Jupiter in Pisces will forgive because of a belief in innate goodness. And Jupiter in Pisces will enthusiastically trust in what can’t be seen, but what is felt. With Jupiter approaching a conjunction with Neptune, however, where you’re headed may not be where you thought you were going.
Neptune tends to blur, glamorize, and confuse. You may be unclear about what to believe or feel at a loss for what’s real and solid. You may glamorize and see with rose colored glasses a particular philosophy, an opportunity, or whatever house topics Jupiter rules (the houses that have Sagittarius and Pisces on the house cusp) and end up being deceived. On the other hand, you may have an intoxicatingly amazing experience filled with peace, joy, and love. It’s important to not make big decisions during this transit as things aren’t always as they seem. Enjoy the moments, if you’re getting the positive dose of this hallucinogen, claiming whatever fame and good feels come, and know that clarity will arrive on April 30th.
Neptune will do the same to Venus and her house significations when they conjoin on April 27th. Be wary of putting someone up on a pedestal, yet still worship at the altar of love. Someone might appear glittery at first before seeing them in clear light. Or perhaps it’s a time to experience divine union, getting lost in the pools of a lover’s gaze. Hone in on your gut about what’s real and what’s imagined and then fairie your way to the gardens of pleasure, releasing any need to control, letting go of all pessimism, and surrendering to the overwhelming beauty of it all, even if for one delusional moment. Know that we’re inseparably connected as one body and one spirit.
When Venus and Jupiter conjoin on April 30th, they’ll be past the captivating and alluring snares of Neptune, yet still in Pisces and therefore still in the realms of inspired emotion. The joining of these two may be just the clear answer you’re looking for if Neptune was throwing you for a loop. Or, perhaps it signifies a time of new beginnings and to take a leap of faith on what was previously only imagined and dreamed of. At its highest expression, this conjunction could be a time of reconciliation and reunion with those closest to our hearts. It’ll most certainly be a joyous day filled with celebration and hope for a brighter future, particularly regarding the Venus-ruled house topics and Jupiter-ruled house topics as well as the house that contains Pisces.
During this very Piscean time, meditate, rest, get lost in the flow of music, chanting, or dancing. Drum to the beat of your own heart. Forgive someone. Give. Sing. Bless. Devote. Praise. Grieve. Lend a hand. Fall into your own arms. Surrender to the ecstatic truth that we are cosmic love.
